Bythell provides a wry commentary on the experiences of owning a shop and dealing with eccentric customers and staff. He also provides insight into the world of used books, from incorporating online selling into his business to the common occurrence of evaluating and purchasing books from various individuals.
This was a very entertaining read. Highly recommended!
