I have had some fun puzzle mail recently and wanted to share it here.
- A Day at the Bookstore from Galison, Michael Storrings
- Cat Stamps from Re-marks
- Starry Seasons from 1canoe2
- Spooky Sweets from 1canoe2
- The Chocolate from Magnolia, Alice Celia
- Corner Bakery from Ravensburger, Elissa Della-Piana
- Princess on the Pea from Enjoy
This Saturday I am attending a puzzle swap that is part of a puzzle competition at a local game store. I purchased a spectator/puzzle swap ticket and will be taking 15 puzzles to swap. I am really hopeful that there will be some good options for me to choose from.

How fun! Always nice to meet a fellow puzzler 🙂

Oh, meant to mention. A puzzle swap in a Game store, that sounds good. Curious, I’m in the Chicago area, not sure where you are located. If not in this area, is a national Game store chain? I’ve been trying to find more places for puzzle swaps. Not easy.

I’m in Harrisburg, PA. I am not a speed puzzler, but speedpuzzling.com is holding in person competitions at a bunch of places all over the US this Saturday. I think it’s a 5th Saturday thing they do. I am going to watch the speed puzzlers but also to participate in the puzzle swap. I’m really hoping people bring some good puzzles, but you never know.

I was trying to go to the speed puzzling event yesterday, but we had a snow storm here in Indiana. So, didn’t want to drive to Chicago for it. I agree, Puzzle Swaps can be hit or miss.

That’s a bummer about the snow! We are supposed to get some tomorrow but we’ll see I guess.

Oh, and the store is a local store called The Adventurer’s Guild. They are more known for events like D&D and Magic: The Gathering.

These look great. I saw the Galison one, which looked nice. Also, I just bought 2 ENJOY puzzles. I’ve not done them before, have you? Are they a nice quality. 1canoe2, have not done that brand either. It’s nice to try new ones.

This will be my first Enjoy puzzle, so I’m excited to see how it is. I have done a few 1canoe2 and really like them. I find their images to be on the easier side and the pieces are a pressed paperboard that almost feels like plastic. Some people don’t like that, but I enjoy it.

Agree, I don’t mind pieces that feel like plastic.
